During the 32 years that I worked for the Navy, at Keyport, I was responsible for preparation, justification, and execution of budgets for transportation, building maintenance and alterations, utility operations and utility purchases. I was also responsible for preparation of periodic financial reports for utility operations and purchases as well as reports for maintenance and alterations of facilities.
Before working for the Navy, I worked in a credit union, two banks, and in financial operations for a mechanical contractor.
